Real Talk. Real Healing.

Trauma, Anxiety and Addiction Counseling.

You’re in the right place if any of the following feel true:

  • You feel on edge all the time and don’t know why.

  • You can’t turn your brain off—even when nothing is wrong.

  • The past keeps showing up in your emotional reactions and relationships.

  • You rely on something (alcohol, marijuana etc.) to get through the day.

  • You’ve tried to cut back, but nothing seems to stick.

  • You feel stuck and can’t seem to take action.

  • You overthink everything or expect the worst.

  • You’ve started avoiding things, and your world feels like it’s getting smaller.

If this sounds like you, we can start to make sense of what’s going on and actually change it.

About  Me

I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction treatment. Before opening my practice, I worked in treatment centers supporting people navigating a wide range of mental health concerns and substance use, with extensive experience in co-occurring (dual diagnosis) disorders.

I became a therapist because I struggled as a teen and young adult. I never found someone who truly “got it.” I wanted to be the kind of therapist I wish I had—real, engaged, and understanding.

I specialize in trauma, substance use disorders, and anxiety disorders. I tailor therapy to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My practice is LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming. I also bring lived experience through my own trauma healing, long-term recovery from substances, and neurodivergent perspective.

My style is real, direct, warm, and collaborative. I focus on practical, research-supported tools that help you not just cope, but actually feel better and create lasting change—especially for those who feel stuck or discouraged by past treatment experiences.

I integrate EMDR, IFS, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my dog, snowboarding, or traveling somewhere new.
