Real Talk. Real Healing.

Trauma, Anxiety and Addiction Counseling.

You’re in the right place if:

  • You can’t turn your brain off—even when nothing is technically wrong

  • The past keeps showing up in your reactions, relationships, or how you see yourself

  • You rely on something (alcohol, marijuana, etc.) just to get through the day

  • You’ve tried to cut back, but nothing seems to stick

  • You feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to move forward

My work focuses on helping you understand what’s actually driving these patterns and not just how to cope with them. Coping skills can help, but they’re often not enough when something deeper is still being triggered.

I use EMDR therapy to help process experiences your nervous system may still be holding onto, so the anxiety, reactivity, or urge to numb out no longer has the same grip.

We go at your pace, keeping the process manageable—not overwhelming.

This isn’t just about talking through what’s going on. It’s about helping things actually feel different in your day-to-day life.

I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction treatment. Before opening my practice, I worked in treatment centers supporting people with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns, including co-occurring (dual diagnosis) disorders.

I became a therapist because I struggled as a teen and young adult and never found someone who truly “got it.” I wanted to be the kind of therapist I wish I had—real, engaged, and actually understanding.

I specialize in trauma, substance use, and anxiety. My approach is tailored to you rather than a one-size-fits-all model. My practice is LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming, and I bring lived experience through my own trauma healing, long-term recovery, and neurodivergent perspective.

My style is direct, warm, and collaborative. I won’t shy away from the hard stuff, and I’ll gently challenge you when patterns are keeping you stuck. I’ll help you understand what’s actually driving things beneath the surface—not just manage symptoms.

I integrate EMDR, IFS, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my dog, snowboarding, or traveling somewhere new.
